Nick advises SMEs across various industries including hospitality, retail and wholesale trade, rental and hiring services, agriculture and real estate.  This includes business sales and acquisitions, business restructures and mergers, as well as liquor and gaming compliance.  He also advises on business agreements, such as partnership agreements, shareholders agreements, share sale agreements, licence and supply agreements, and loan agreements.

Property is another key area of Nick’s expertise and he acts for business owners and investors on the sale and acquisition of retail, commercial buildings and industrial property.  Nick also advises landlords and business owners with preparing and negotiating commercial and retail shop leases.
